The requirement
BiocareUV Ltd is a UK-based innovator providing Far UVC sanitisation solutions for government, healthcare, and commercial sectors. Their products, such as the handheld BioWAND and ceiling-mounted BioLUME, safely sanitise high-touch areas, helping to prevent the spread of bacteria, viruses, and pathogens, including Covid-19, MRSA, and Norovirus. To support their sales team and product demonstrations, BiocareUV required custom protective bags that would safely transport their BioWAND devices while reflecting their brand identity.
BiocareUV needed bespoke bags with foam inserts to securely hold the handheld BioWAND device and its battery pack, which straps to the operator’s back. The bag needed to:
Protect the device during transit
Organise components efficiently for demonstrations
Reflect the company’s brand colours and identity
The company also requested foam interiors in purple and black, matching their corporate colours, and the company logo embroidered on the exterior for professional presentation.

Our design team created precise drawings of the proposed bag layouts and foam inserts, which were sent to BiocareUV for approval before production. Using custom-cut foam, the bag securely accommodated the BioWAND and battery pack, providing protection while making the device easy to handle during demonstrations.
The exterior embroidery and branded foam interior ensured the bags reinforced BiocareUV’s professional image, creating a cohesive, visually appealing sales tool.
Once approved, the bags were manufactured with attention to durability, functionality, and branding, resulting in a practical, high-quality solution for transporting and presenting the BioWAND.
