The requirement
Costa Coffee needed a custom protective case to safely store and transport barista tools and cleaning equipment used for maintaining their espresso machines across multiple locations.
These tools are essential to keep every machine operating to the same specification and delivering consistently great coffee nationwide.
The solution had to be robust, well-organised, easy to carry, and professionally branded so that staff could quickly access what they need and keep tools secure during transit.
What was the solution?
Our Solution
PottertonPacs designed and manufactured a bespoke protective case using lightweight but durable aluminium extrusion and astraboard construction to withstand regular use. Inside, we fitted a precision CNC-cut foam insert to hold each barista tool securely, preventing movement or damage in transit.
To align with Costa Coffee’s brand identity, we applied custom external branding to the case, making it instantly recognisable and reinforcing their professional image across multiple outlets and maintenance teams.
