We begin with learning about your products and the types of environments the cases or bags will be used within. We will ask about any specific appearance or features you would want to include in the design of the presentation case. An example would be if you want to have your company logo applied, the case or bags to be fitted with wheels to assist sales reps transporting demo kits to appointments or foam inserts with a product mask to enhance the presentation. All of these details enable us to ensure the proposed presentation case design is fit for purpose and will meet your specific requirements. Supplying us with a brief as a guide or an existing sample are also other alternative starting points.
Yes, sample presentation cases and demo kits can be customised or completely tailor-made. Customisation options include:
– Precision Cut Foam Inserts – designed for protection, enhancing presentation and organisation
– Bespoke Branding – promote your branding with your company logo, corporate colours or sales message
– Other Features – such as telescopic handle and wheels or additional security options
Custom-cut foam inserts can be added to the interior of our presentation cases, recesses are cut within the foam to securely hold each individual sample product securely. Accidental transit damage can be costly but is easily prevented by ensuring that items are contained and cushioned. By adding a foam insert to the interior of a case or bag your business can prevent costly transit damage to sample products whilst enabling your sales representatives to maintain a professional and polished presentation.
Yes, our presentation cases and bags can be produced to match corporate colours and you can also have your company logo applied. Branding options include digital and silk screen printing, embroidery, in mould labelling as well as various badge and plate options. Branding options do vary depending on the type of presenation case or bag that is being produced and some options do have minimum order requirements. We offer attractive volume-based discounts and are happy to discuss the various solutions we can offer to meet with your specific requirements. With a wide range of option from lightweight plastic cases, light weight soft carry cases right throught to custom flight cases or protective peli cases for ultimate protection for the most delicate samples. Having started building cases for travelling shoes sample sales reps well over 100 years ago we have diversified and have a wealth of knowledge and experience from working within many different industries from medical equipment suppliers to resin drive manufacturers, there is not really an industry we have not experienced working within.
There is no 1 single easy answer here, if you share with us all the information and any images you have available with us we will let you know any specific information we are missing. As a very basic guide we are going to need, to know size details, the quantity you require and your delivery address if delivery is required.
When custom foam inserts are required to provide a quotation we would require one of the following:
a/ a physical set of samples
b/ a rough drawing with dimensions including depths for items
c/ a digital photo of the items laid out with overall perimeter size & the depth of each item
d/ a CAD file such as DXF, DWG, PDF
Although there isn’t a minimum purchase, single cases do have initial set-up costs attached so are significantly less cost-effective. For volume orders these initial set-up costs still apply but are amortised across the larger quantities with bulk order discounts also being applied automatically to volume orders.
The quotation will be produced with a description of the design and if the order is confirmed prior to production we will always supply a visual representation of the design and layout of the presentation cases for your approval. The drawing not only offers a visual representation but also enables you to discuss with us any changes that may be required before the design is processed and manufacturing begins.
