Bespoke foam inserts are tailor made so each product, tool or piece of equipment has a dedicated recess or cut-out. These are custom made items which are designed and manufactured to suit each individual customers needs by either press cutting with a die cutting tool, CNC routing or water jet cutting. Depending upon the specification of the foam insert, we will advise on which is the most suitable method of manufacturing to suit your requirement.

In addition to custom cut foam inserts we can also offer

  • pockets, dividers, desktops, retaining straps
  • vacuum formed inserts (subject to minimum order)

    We were struggling to find suitable containment for our heavy test phantoms that we transport. None were quite the right size or design, so going bespoke seemed to be the way forward. Potterton Pacs were very helpful with all our queries, especially about weight limits and confirmed suitable reinforcement would be incorporated at the base of the padded bags that we went for. We are very pleased with the bags that we have received as they fit our phantoms like a glove and will make handling much safer.
