If your chosen product is out of stock, we will contact you to advise which alternative colours or options are available. If a suitable alternative is available, you may be able to receive your order sooner by choosing a substitute.
If you prefer to wait for your original choice, we will advise you of the expected lead time for replenishing the out-of-stock item, helping you plan your purchase accordingly.

Yes. We offer several options for adding your company logo or branding to window sample bags and door sample bags. The most suitable option depends on your order quantity, budget and preferred finish.
Clear PVC logo pocket: A cost-effective option that allows you to insert your own printed artwork. This is worth considering if you only need a small number of bags.
Digitally printed labels: Available with a minimum order of 10 labels. You can order fewer than 10 bags, but the cost of 10 labels will apply. Any unused labels can be retained for potential future orders.
Silk screen printing: Available with a minimum order of 25 bags. Smaller bag orders are possible, but the printing setup and minimum production quantity mean the cost is based on 25 printed bags.
Embroidery: Available without a minimum order quantity, with prices provided on application. To obtain a quotation, we will need an EPS vector copy of your company logo so we can request a price from our embroidery supplier as this is based on a price per stitch.

Our economy window sample bags offer the same dependable quality as our standard options, but feature a simplified design to provide a more economical solution.
The main differences are:
Carry handles: Economy models do not have adjustable carry handles.

Colour choice: Economy window and door sample bags are available in black only.
