Our Solution
We produced a dual-colour LD18 Plastazote foam insert, waterjet-cut to hold each part securely within the base of the Euro Boxes. A branded foam lid pad with the NE Components logo acted as a retainer, locking components in place and preventing movement during handling. This not only improved protection but also created a clear, organised layout for easier access and inventory control.

The Final Result
The finished solution transformed standard Euro Boxes into custom, branded storage and transport systems, ensuring components remain protected, organised, and easy to identify.
The dual-colour foam adds a visual quality check, allowing staff to quickly confirm whether any parts are missing, improving efficiency and reducing risk in high-stakes environments like the nuclear and defence sectors.
